Return Policy

Return Policy —

Had a change of mind? We're happy to accept a return for store credit (3 months validity), subject to the following conditions:

  • Return item must reach us within 30 days (online purchase) with the original invoice.
  • Return item must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged, with tags and in original packaging.
  • Only full priced items or items with discounts less than 15% off can be returned.

Do try on all items as soon as they reach you, to ensure that you are able to return the items within the returns time frame.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and cost of returns are the responsibility of the customer. We encourage you to pack your return parcel securely, and use a trackable shipping, as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by ANDWELLDRESSED Studio (AWD).

Upon receipt, your return will undergo a quality review. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. You will be notified via email once the return is complete.

In the rare event that the item does not comply with our conditions stated, we reserve the right to reject your return and ship it back to you after additional charges are paid for.

Final Sale Items —

Some products and orders are not eligible for any return or exchange. They include the following:

  • Jewellery of any kind
  • Swimwear, lingerie
  • Sale/promotional items marked at 15% off or greater in value
  • Orders made using store credit

Shipping Options for Return —

After getting an approval for your return request, you may send back your return for your online order via courier/postal service to our warehouse, or you may drop it off at our retail store in person.

In Store Return —

Please retain your receipt for an immediate exchange in store within 14 days of subject to the following:

  • Return item must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with tags and in original packaging.
  • Return item must have no tears, damage, or stains sustained in your care
  • Only full priced items or items with discounts less than 15% off can be returned.
  • Return cannot be final sale items (please see above for Final Sale Items section)

In store, exchange is completed immediately, and no store credit will be issued. Exchanges for a lower value order will not be refunded/reimbursed, while exchanges for a higher value order require a top up for discrepancy.

If your return item does not fulfill the above condition, the staff may request for you to leave your item, receipt and email address behind and the item will be sent to our office for a review on your return.

Only one return is allowed on the order, the exchanged order will be a Final Sale order.

Faulty Returns —

We are sorry to hear that you are having a problem with your order. Every item we pack is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing defect, please notify us at hello@andwelldressed.com with a photo and description of the issue, within 14 days of delivery receipt. Please refer to our full Faulty Items Policy below.

Faulty Items Policy —

Once we receive your email regarding the manufacturing fault, our customer service will review your case, and may request for more details or photos. If the product is deemed faulty, we will arrange to do an exchange for the same item.

Our faulty items policy does not include the following events:

  • Normal wear and tear in the regular course of use
  • Tears and stains in garment from trying on the product
  • Zipper damages from trying on the product
  • Damage from inappropriate laundering or ironing
  • Colour perception – colour can render very differently in various lightings, as well as on devices depending on its colour profile
  • Measurements discrepancy – Due to the multitude of fabric with different stretch and thickness used, and different ways of measuring the product, we will determine if there is a significant discrepancy when the product reaches us for a quality review.

In the event that the product is not faulty, or faulty due to handling by the customer, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund for the item and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable shipping costs. To the extent permitted by law, AWD is not liable for losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses in accordance to this policy. 

If the product is deemed faulty, we will proceed to at our own cost replace or repair. A refund will be processed only if there is no replacement or repair solution available. If you would like to do a return instead of a replacement, regular return process applies.
